BBA Community Advocacy Call (June)

Welcome to the Brookhaven Bike Alliance (BBA) online portal. By creating or accessing a BBA membership account, you agree to the following terms. **Purpose** The BBA portal connects members, promotes local bicycling events, and supports safe, bike-friendly initiatives in Brookhaven and surrounding areas. **Membership** Active members receive access to designated membership benefits, including the BBA member portal and Ride with GPS Club. Membership benefits may change over time. Memberships are valid for the applicable annual term. If automatic renewal is selected, membership fees will renew annually unless canceled before the next billing date. Members may manage automatic renewal through their account. Canceling automatic renewal does not end access during the current paid membership term. Membership dues are separate from optional charitable donations. **Use of Portal** You agree to use the portal respectfully and only for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You will not post, share, or transmit content that is offensive, misleading, or infringes on others' rights. BBA may remove content or suspend access for violations of these terms. Account access is intended only for the individuals covered by the membership. **Privacy** BBA uses personal information to administer memberships, process payments, coordinate events, and provide communications according to your preferences. Information may be shared with service providers as necessary to deliver these services. BBA does not sell members' personal information. **Assumption of Risk** Participation in BBA rides and events is voluntary. You acknowledge that bicycling involves inherent risks and agree to participate responsibly, follow applicable laws, and use appropriate safety equipment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BBA and its representatives are not responsible for injuries or property losses arising from participation. Additional event-specific waivers may apply. **Updates** BBA may update this agreement periodically. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Continued use of the portal after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
